Stacy McCall, President and Chief Executive Officer
Stacy’s philosophy of service is different than most. It stands that service is more than just the performance of a task with hope of reward – it involves the giving of oneself for the benefit of others. And it’s this philosophy that is setting Stratos apart in the cleaning industry. After graduating from Mississippi State University, Stacy pursued a career in the oil industry working for Mobil Oil. She soon joined her husband, Chris, in building the ServiceMaster franchise his father had begun in Columbus, Miss., by helping develop the franchise locally and assuming administrative responsibilities. Stacy quickly moved into a leadership role at the company, first serving as vice president of administration and program development and most recently as chief financial officer. Now, more than 20 years later, Stacy is leading the company vision to reach the “stratosphere” in the cleaning industry as president.
Chris McCall, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Chris has a vested interest in ServiceMaster by Stratos that traces back to his high school years. Chris’ father, Randy McCall, was the founder and president of Stratos and formed the very foundation of the company today. As such, Chris’ commercial cleaning career began by cleaning carpets part-time for his father. After graduating from Mississippi State University and trying his hand as an oil field engineer, he returned to the business his father began. With more than 23 years of experience in professional cleaning, Chris leads Stratos with the same integrity and commitment to people his father believed in. His expertise and cutting-edge solutions have helped navigate the company over obstacles to reach sustained growth in a three-state region. Under Chris’ leadership as president and now as chief operating officer, Stratos has become one of the largest ServiceMaster Clean janitorial franchises in the world.
Jim Black, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Jim believes the expression on a client’s face when a dirty, disorganized environment has been transformed to a clean, orderly facility overnight is why the service industry is so rewarding. And he knows it takes a team commitment to make it happen. At Stratos, this transformation is accomplished every day through dedicated service partners who enjoy making a difference. Jim brings business management skills from Mississippi State University and more than 26 years of experience to his role in helping form service partners who embody Stratos' philosophy of integrity through service. His vision for Stratos in every market has its foundation in service partners as the lifeblood of what the company is all about.
