For more than 40 years, we at ServiceMaster by Stratos have lived by our traditions and relied on our core values to spur us toward success through our philosophy of servant leadership. We operate with the attitude of service before self to form strong relationships with our clients. It’s the foundation upon which we stand.

The ServiceMaster by Stratos difference is our service partners – they are the heart and soul of our organization. We are the logistical people business. With service partners serving customer locations across three states, the logistics of moving people is a big part of our business. We strive to put our service partners in environments they will thrive. At Stratos, the success of our internal customers, our service partners, is equally important as the happiness of our external customers.

We pride ourselves on what sets us apart from our competitors, and that begins with our CEO, Stacy McCall. With Stacy at the helm, ServiceMaster by Stratos was awarded national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise in 2012 by the Women’s Business Enterprise Council South, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. We have proudly maintained that certification, distinguishing us from many others in the marketplace.

Additionally, our location in Downtown Memphis is a differentiator for our company. Since moving Stratos’ headquarters to Downtown Memphis in 2010, we have embraced our place in the Downtown community by continuously advocating neighbor businesses, participating in area events and sharing the good news of revitalization in the city of Memphis!

In the year prior to our move to Downtown, we changed our name to Stratos, Inc., d.b.a, ServiceMaster by Stratos from WRM & Associates LTD, d.b.a. ServiceMaster Building Maintenance. We believe the name Stratos, derived from the term “stratosphere” referring to one of the highest levels in the atmosphere, exactly describes the level we’re committed to reaching in the quality of our business, our customer service delivery and our integrity as a company. It’s the standard we strive to set in our industry.

The name change went hand-in-hand with a new purpose statement for our company: “ServiceMaster by Stratos is a professional janitorial company that provides innovative cleaning solutions, allowing our customers to focus on their business and not their facility.”

Since its founding in 1979, ServiceMaster by Stratos has built a rich heritage of moral and ethical principles, which are incorporated into every facet of the way we do business. Born out of Columbus, Mississippi, by Randy McCall, our company has grown to serve a tri-state area and provide professional growth opportunities for thousands of individuals all while developing long-term, personal relationships with our customers and business partners.

As a franchise, we have the strength and resources of a multi-billion dollar national brand coupled with the integrity and accessibility of a local ownership model. That formula has served as a catalyst to make ServiceMaster by Stratos one of the largest ServiceMaster Clean® janitorial franchises in the world. Serving business and industrial customers from Memphis, Tennessee, to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and throughout North Mississippi, our team is committed to providing professional cleaning services by incorporating integrity into everything we do.
