Administrative Team Expands at Stratos

When Chandra Smith, a native Memphian, discovered ServiceMaster by Stratos, it didn’t take long for her to notice how well the leadership had shaped the company’s culture. After working in payroll for large companies, such as AutoZone and Terex Corporation, Chandra was drawn to the tight-knit community Stratos provides its team members.

As the new payroll administrator, Chandra is delighted to contribute to the team by handling all aspects of payroll, from time and attendance to processing paychecks. Chandra’s desire to make each service partner feel important when they have payroll questions exemplifies ServiceMaster by Stratos’ company culture.

When she’s completed her daily tasks of meeting Stratos’ service partner’s payroll needs, Chandra finds joy taking in Mother Nature with evening runs, and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, as well as her husband, Adrian, whom she has been married to for 20 years. She is a proud member of Greater Community Temple Church and volunteers as an advocate against domestic violence.
