As a businesswoman, Stacy leads this logistical people business with “two Cs” – culture and communication. The strong internal culture coupled with the motto, “service before self,” lays a path for the Stratos team to succeed. Over the years, Stacy and her team have received awards such as Memphis Business Journal’s Super Women in Business and Small Business of the Year, as well as Inside Memphis Business as CEO of the Year. In 2019, Stratos received the Marion E. Wade Award, the highest honor a ServiceMaster franchise can receive. Stacy is a member of the Memphis Business Journal Leadership Trust and participates in the publication’s Mentoring Monday event each year. She currently serves as president of NAWBO Memphis and sits on the Boy Scouts of America Chickasaw Council and the Le Bonheur National Leadership Council for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, an exceptional entity that strives to give all kids a chance to enjoy a healthier and safer childhood.
